You can define an individual Minimum Order Quantity for each SKU. The default value for the MOQ in the SKU data is 0.

Proceed as follows:

1) Edit the respective SKU(s) for which you want to set an MOQ.

Open the menu item: "Current stock" and click on "Edit SKU data"

2) Scroll down to the section: "Inventory target ranges" and define your "Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)" and the reorder logic here:

Choose between these two parameters:

  • Round up to meet MOQ

  • Don’t suggest if below MOQ

This allows you to specify whether you receive a reorder suggestion for an item that has not (by far) reached the MOQ.

Save your changes!

3) To see the corresponding MOQ in the menu item: "Current stock", activate the column "Sugg. PCS Reorder"

Change the reorder logic as follows:

You will not be recommended to reorder because your MOQ has not been reached.

Keywords: Minimum Order Quantity, MOQ
