Here you will learn the best way to remove defective items from your carton or warehouse.
1) Start with a manual FBA Send-Ins and name it according to your intention:
2) Add a carton to the respective SKU to decrease the stock by one carton and click Confirm Shipment. (Do not create in AMZ!)
3) Check the status of your submission:
4) Then you create a new Purchase Order with a new carton and adjusted quantity to correctly record the inventory. In our example we had 6 defective coconut rasps in a carton with 44 coconut rasps.
So we add a carton with 38 coconut rasps.
Done. This way you can remove defective stock from your inventory.
