a) Transfer loose stock if there is already stock in the 'new' warehouse:
1) To do this, open (for a good overview) your two warehouse stock in two tabs. So the outgoing and the incoming warehouse.
Then click in both tabs 'Manually edit warehouse stock'.
2) Now set the loose stock in the outgoing warehouse of the item to 0 and enter in the incoming warehouse the loose stock that you have previously deleted in the other warehouse.
In the example, I want to transfer the 56 items from product 1 to the other warehouse.
So I enter '0' in the old warehouse on the right and '56' in the new warehouse on the left.
3) Save changes in both warehouses. Done.
b) Transfer loose stock, if you have created a completely new warehouse and no stock has ever been entered in the warehouse.
This operation is necessary if you did not have the SKU in your receiving warehouse before. In this case you will not see the SKU in this warehouse.
1) Select the SKU in the 'Current Stock Overview' and convert your loose stock to a plain carton.
2) Select the outgoing stock
3) Change the number of loose stock per carton, as the tool stores the recommended shipping quantity.
4) Set the order to 'Converted'.
5) Now make a warehouse transfer by selecting the SKU again and choosing 'Warehouse Transfer' from 'Actions'.
6) The oldest carton is always added. So add the carton we just created and delete the other one. After that you click 'Commit warehouse transfer'.
Information: You can do it with several SKUs in parallel.
7) Set the order to received.
8) Now you just have to convert the carton back to loose stock.
Mark the SKU again and select 'Convert cartons to loose stock'.
9) Select the outgoing warehouse (which is now the other one, since it was transferred).
10) Add the created carton here again and convert it to loose stock.
(It may be that due to the FIFO principle another carton has been added that does not correspond to the quantity of your loose stock).
Done.
