A dangerous goods shipment is also possible in VentoryOne, but there are a few steps to follow.

1) First, you must select a different mode of transportation for the FBA send-in in VentoryOne, as DHL, for example, will not accept dangerous goods shipments via API. To do this, simply go to the respective FBA shipment and select the transport type "Other":

For information: In the case of hazardous goods, the product can be sent in via UPS in some cases. In others, the DHL shipping order must be commissioned externally. For this reason, only carton labels are then created.

2) The delivery plan has been created in Sellers Central, but must be completed manually.
