To get to the Settings, we follow the same path as with the Sales Sync. Settings via the SKU Database | Inventory Sync. Settings (FBM) (1).
Here is a small overview of the screenshot above:
Option 2/3: by selecting the SKUs and clicking on "Batch edit", you can access the settings for the columns in the square marked above.
Option 4: This button performs the first stock reconciliation. Note: This overwrites the general cargo or carton stock in VentoryOne, depending on the setting
Option 5: By clicking on the cogwheel, you can adjust the frequency of stock synchronization. Here you can choose between hourly and nightly synchronization
Once you have completed steps 2 & 3, you will see the following window:
Here you have the option of making three settings that determine how the stock is synchronized.
Synchronize loose stock with: Here you select the respective warehouse where the stock is to be synchronized.
Sync. Direction: Here you can choose between "Channel to VentoryOne" and "Both directions".
โ"Channel to VentoryOne" would synchronize as follows: Billbee > VentoryOne > FBM Fulfiller > Billbee Please note that the Fulfiller must be able to transfer stock to Billbee, otherwise this cycle will not work automatically.
"Both directions" synchronizes the quantity differences between the tools after the initial stock reconciliation. The stock therefore remains the same in both tools, but if, for example, the stock in VentoryOne is reduced, it is also reduced in Billbee.
"Should the stocks be transferred in carton units?" This option is currently only available for Billbee. Here, carton units are transferred instead of the classic general cargo units. The dimensions for standard cartons must be stored in the SKU database, as these are used to create the cartons in VentoryOne. Billbee therefore transfers the number of cartons and VentoryOne builds the cartons based on the dimensions of the standard cartons.
