When selecting the "Other" shipment type, you will occasionally be asked to manually complete the FBA shipment in Amazon. Here you have the option of keeping the shipment as an "API shipment" or converting it into a "Send to Amazon" shipment.

If you keep the first option, you will not be able to complete the process. It is only possible to cancel this shipment via VentoryOne.

It is therefore necessary to convert the shipment. However, the API connection for this shipment will be interrupted and you will no longer be able to transmit changes made by VO for this shipment to Amazon.
