If you want to create an FBA shipment in VentoryOne manually or automatically, one or more SKUs may not appear or be selectable, although a recommendation is displayed under "Current stock".

There could be a few reasons for that:

1. There is no stock available

If the current stock level in your interim warehouse is currently 0, you cannot send any goods to Amazon.

No goods, no shipment. Logical, right? πŸ™‚

2. There is stock, but you still cannot send it in

At this point, please check whether the stock is in the warehouse as general cargo. To send to Amazon, the stock must be packed as a "single-variety carton" or as a "mixed carton".

3. The automatic FBA Send Auto Suggestion is deactivated

If you have deactivated the setting in the SKU database, the product will no longer be included in the automated FBA submissions. Make sure this setting is enabled.
