Problem solving if your SKU cannot be added to the mixed carton configurator.

The following causes are possible:

  1. Recommended FBA send-in quantity is 0

2. product dimensions are missing or are 0

3. product dimensions exceed the volume or maximum weight (incl. carton own weight) of the standard carton used.

4. Check if loose stock is available that can be used to build the mixed carton. Convert cartons to loose stock if needed.
