The Send-In name must be created individually for each warehouse from which the FBA shipment is made. To do this, you must define the FBA send-in name in each email template.

Proceed as follows:

1) Open the menu item "Warehouse Management" and click on Settings.

2) Now click on "manage" and then on your default email template:

3) Edit the name of your FBA shipment under: "Custom naming and grouping of Amazon Inbound shipments"

Here you can define various placeholders for the name of your FBA shipment. Make sure that the generated name is no longer than 100 characters.

You cannot use all placeholders.

Now save and you are done.
