1) In the "Current stock" menu item, you have the option of dividing your SKUs into different product categories. Here you can individually determine which items should be displayed in the respective tabs. Sort by different product portfolios / brands / suppliers.
You will find the input field in the SKU settings under "Overview category".
2) Here you will find various settings. You can activate and deactivate various columns. Under Grouping, you can customize the grouping of your SKUs. More on this in point 4).
You can export an Excel or CSV file via Export.
"Send to FBA" contains options for creating an FBA Send-In. This includes the option to send mixed cartons to Amazon using the mixed configurator. You can also convert loose stock directly into single-variety cartons to create an FBA Send-In.
"Actions" contains several functions. Here you can edit several SKU settings at the same time by selecting several SKUs and "Batch edit selected SKUs". Note that each field in which you enter a value will be overwritten. You can also use actions to make FBA Send-Ins and purchase orders for the selected SKUs.
3) You can mark your SKUs using the small squares and perform various functions using actions.
4) You have the option of grouping your SKUs individually. In the SKU settings you will find the "Product type" input field. Enter a generic term for the respective products and click on Save. Under "grouping" you can now sort your SKUs by product type. Finally, click on "Save current row grouping".
5) If you sell throughout Europe and also store abroad, you can display the FBA source here. This allows you to see at a glance in which country how many goods are in stock and which reorders or returns are necessary.
6) The automatic sales speed is calculated from your historical sales and is used by default by VentoryOne for the calculation. The respective sales velocity is calculated from the sales of the last 3 / 7 / 30 / 90 / 180 days. In the SKU settings, you have the option of determining which sales figures from the past should be given the highest weighting. The default setting is 50 % for the sales of the last 3 days, 30 % for the sales of the last 7 days and 20 % for the sales of the last 30 days. (TIP: Click on your number to see the distribution)
7) A column for your sales figures from non-FBA channels. These can be sales from FBM items, Ebay, Shopify or from stores that are connected via Billbee. Multi-channel sales are taken into account when calculating the reorder.
8) As already mentioned in point 6), these are the FBA sales figures for the last 180 days. You can weight these individually for the "Sales Weighting Parameters" column in the SKU settings. You can also display the sales figures per day / week / month. Click on the blue "[d]" in the column header.
9) The Total reach column shows you how many days / weeks / months your stock is expected to last. The different colors give you information about the ratio of the existing stock in relation to the stock target range that you have defined in your SKU settings for each SKU.
Dark blue = excess stock (stock range greater than lead time + safety buffer + 2x restock freq.)
Light blue = High stock level (stock range between lead time + safety buffer + 1x restock freq. and lead time + safety buffer + 2x restock freq.)
Green = Good stock level (you are still in the reorder frequency)
Beige/yellow = Low stock level (safety stock + lead time stock is being sold)
Red = Critical stock level (safety stock already sold)
Black = Out-Of-Stock
10) The column "Total reach (excl. reorders & bundles)" excludes reorders that have the status "Ordered" or "Shipped". This means that stock that is still in transit is not included here. This allows you to check whether your current stock is avoiding an OOS phase and, if not, order an express delivery.
If your reorder does not arrive on time, a warning will also be displayed next to the respective total reach of coverage, alerting you to the risk of a potential OOS phase.
11) The "PCS in Warehouse" column shows you your stock levels in your pre-FBA warehouses. If you click on the stock, you can see which purchase orders make up this stock. You can also see how much is in which warehouses.
12) The "Sugg. PCS Reorder" column may need to be activated under "Columns". It shows you how many goods you should reorder from your supplier. You can also set an MOQ for each SKU in the SKU settings.
13) Columns 9, 10 and 11 refer to the warehouse (pre-FBA warehouse). The columns from point 13 refer to the FBA warehouse.
The FBA stock data is transmitted directly via the API interface. If you click on the FBA stock, you will see the same data as in SellerCentral.
The recommended send-in quantity is calculated from the current sales speed, the existing stock and the stock target range you have entered (SKU settings).
