1) You can view the stock history of an SKU here:

In the current stock, click on the three dashes to the right of the respective SKU and select see stock history log.

2) In the following window you can view the progress of cartons and loose stock:

Here you can see when which purchase orders have been received, which goods have been booked out with FBA shipments and how much stock is still remaining.

Make sure that you have the respective columns active. You can access the respective bookings via the small white symbol next to the order name and FBA Send-In.
