If you make a mistake in VentoryOne, you have the option to cancel or reset the respective process.

Cancellations for FBA send-ins

You have three options for canceling and resetting FBA send-ins.

1) Cancellation of the entire shipment

This also cancels the delivery plan in Sellers Central.

2) Cancellation of individual items

This item is also deleted from the delivery plan in Sellers Central and the stock is booked back into VentoryOne.

3) Reset FBA Send-in

In the drop-down menu next to "Resend labels" it is possible to reset the submission (after it has been canceled) and edit it again if necessary.

Resetting purchase orders / warehouse transfers / stock conversions

As you may already know, as soon as the status of the respective purchase order/supplier order has been set to "Received" or "Converted", it is no longer possible to adjust the product quantities.

However, it is possible to adjust this purchase order here.

1) Purchase Orders

First you have to go into the settings of the respective purchase order:

Next, you can now reset the order to "planned".

Please note: if FBA submissions have already been generated from this stock, you must ensure that the quantities are not reduced by less than those that have already been submitted.

For example: Original PO had 10 units, the FBA submission from it had 8 units. Accordingly, the original PO can only be reduced by 2, as it cannot have less than 8 units.

2) Warehouse transfer

First go to the settings of the respective order. Here you will find the button to cancel the warehouse transfer. Please note that the transfer is deleted here and not just reset. You would therefore have to plan the transfer again.

3) Stock conversion

Here, too, you first go to the settings for stock conversion and open the setting of the respective stock conversion. Now can revert the status and edit the stock conversion according to your needs.

Please note that this will also reset any storage and corresponding movement history that have already been assigned.

If units that are already part of an FBA shipment are subsequently removed from this order, the corresponding units will also be removed from the FBA Send-In, which can lead to inconsistencies.
