FBA Send-In does not work because carton, product dimensions or dangerous stock information is missing

Check if you have entered the necessary data for your SKU in VentoryOne:

The product dimensions are pulled via the API interface. If you add them afterwards, it can take 1-2 hours until Amazon transfers this information via the API.

First go to "Manage inventory" in Seller Central.

Find the product and click on "Edit" on the right. Go to the tab "More details".

If you scroll down , you will find the product dimensions:

The product dimensions are required so that Amazon can calculate your storage volume.

If you scroll down again, you will find the package dimensions and weight:

You must also fill this in.

Then click on the tab at the top on "Conformity":

Then below you will find the item weight & dangerous stock regulations:

Here also fill in everything and then click on "Save and exit".

Done!
