FBA Send-In does not work because Covid send-in limit exceeded

Amazon limits the number of items that can be sent to FBA. This error message indicates that more should be sent in than allowed by Amazon.

Such errors can be prevented by uploading the replenishment report from Amazon before the submission. This can be done in the dashboard or in the SKU database.

VentoryOne will then automatically signal that the send-in limit has been exceeded and the quantity should be reduced.

Please note that Amazon needs a few minutes to update the numbers in the report. This is especially relevant to note if shipments have recently been created or deleted.

Information: This error message still occurs, but can be ignored. There is no longer a submission limit.
