Here we explain the green numbers next to the FBA inventory:

The green numbers are sent directly from Amazon and contain the same information that is displayed to you in Sellercentral.

I.e. they also include the incoming inventory that was not sent in by VentoryOne.

If the displayed inventory does not match, check your submissions in SellerCentral, which may still be in process.

Why is "Reserved" counted as "On the way"?

Reserved is counted as "On the way" because you cannot tell from the Amazon report whether the units were reserved due to a warehouse transfer or a sale. However, since inventory transfers are often much larger and the units are not available in any case, they are counted as "On the way".
