Users have been able to fix this error message with various approaches. Please follow the instructions below.
Your shipping labels could not be created because either:
Your carton is too weighty.
Check whether you may have entered an incorrect weight. In our case it was a missing decimal point.
OR
Amazon cannot charge shipping prices for DHL.
DHL is not currently accepting packages in this case. Check if the field is grayed out in SellerCentral. Use UPS temporarily.
Usually it is only a temporary problem. It may be possible again at a later time.
OR
UPS allows a maximum of 200 cartons to be sent in. We have only had this error in Amazon USA so far - not yet for the EU. Feel free to let us know if you have had this error in European countries as well.
OR
Delete the created FBA Send-Ins in VentoryOne and create a new one.
